Can I order over the telephone?
You can place your order with us over the telephone aswell as online. Please call 0845 60366862. Our opening hours are 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Where is my order?
Items are sent 2nd class recorded post and take 3-5 working days to be delivered. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I am an international buyer. Why is the amount on my card statement different?
Please note that prices on this website are in UK Pounds (GBP). If you live abroad, the amount charged shown on your credit card may differ from what is shown on the website due to the exchange rates at the time of purchase. For up to date rates of exchange, check xe.com.

Why isn’t my item available?
Our stock availability is monitored on the website. If an item is unavailable this means it is currently out of stock. If there are any problems with an order you have placed, we will contact you by phone or by email.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as the item is unused and returned in the original packaging, you can return the item (s) by post. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
